  • How long does the whole process take?

    We usually take 3 hours to setup your professional business email during working hours and up to 12 hours during non-working hours. This includes the registration of your domain and configuration of your professional emails. The process may take longer if you already own a domain name that you'd like to transfer to us. This usually takes 24 to 48 hours depending on how quickly you authorise domain transfer.

  • Are there monthly fees?

    There are no monthly fees when you should the Starter package which is suitable for companies with less than 5 users and not yet ready to commit to monthly installments. The only fees charged are a once off setup fee and the annual domain renewal fee after the first year.

    As your company grows to 5+ users, you can upgrade your account to a package suited to a medium-sized business. The typical cost will be around $3 per user per month when paid for annually.

    If you require Outlook, Apple Mail or other native applications to access your emails then you have to choose one of the paid packages.


  • What are group emails?

    These are company-wide emails that are not assigned to a specific individual. An example is and

    Access to these emails can be given to specific people in the company. When an email is sent to a group email, every member of the group receives it in their own inbox. You have the ability to allow group members to send emails using the group address as well.

    These emails are not similar to user emails and therefore cannot run without a user email attached to them.

  • Do group emails count towards users

    No, you can create as many group emails as you like without affecting the number of users assigned.

  • How many users can I add?

    You can add up to 5 users with no monthly fees on the Starter Package.

    As your company grows to 5+ users, you can upgrade your account to a package suited to a medium-sized business. The typical cost will be around $3/user per month.

  • What if I already have a domain?

    We can still create your emails - but you will have 3 options:

    1. You transfer your domain to be managed by Litmail
    2. You delegate access to your domain management if your vendor allows it
    3.We send you DNS records to set up yourself - We don't recommend this if you are not technically inclined

  • Can I access my emails via Outlook

    You can access your emails through your web browser.

    Access via the dedicated desktop app or through an Andoird or iOS app on your phone is available on the paid package.

    Access via Outlook, Apple Mail or other native applications is possible but requires IMAP and SMTP access. These are available on paid packages which require monthly payments for each user. 

  • How do i get my website setup?

    Navigate to our web packages page and choose the plan that best suits your needs and fill in your details.

    You will then receive a quotation from one of our consultants. If you then accept the quote, you may then make payment and we will go ahead with designing your unique and amazing site.
